VimScore motivates you to start training and staying active by offering customized workout programs that are based on your physical health and available time. The workout programs are based on research to promote general health, where the foundation is in the areas of strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
VimScore was launched in 2020 and is still in development. This version is made for workouts in the gym. Home workouts and more features are coming soon!
